Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return period, counted from the day your order is delivered.
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged upon receipt.

To be eligible, the item must remain unused, with all tags attached, and placed in its original packaging.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged or not the correct product, notify us immediately so we can assess the concern and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

To exchange a damaged item, please complete the return request first.
Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item of your choice.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and reviewed, we will update you regarding the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
