Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping within the Philippines is free for orders worth ₱4,500 and above.
For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are automatically computed at checkout based on your destination.
The quoted rate already includes shipment for up to two bags.


Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery timelines begin once your parcel has been handed over to the courier:

  • NCR: 1–3 days

  • Luzon: 2–7 days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–14 days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and declared holidays.


Express / Same-Day Pickup (Metro Manila)

Clients are advised to message us on Instagram @dianneralph_official to confirm availability before placing an order for same day delivery.

Clients may arrange same-day delivery through their preferred courier service. Once your order is confirmed, please message us and we will prepare your parcel for pickup. All fees and arrangements for express delivery are shouldered by the client. After the parcel is collected by your chosen courier, DIANNE RALPH is not responsible for transit handling or delivery timing.


Order Processing

All orders are packed and released from Quezon City/ North Caloocan, processed only on business days.


Courier Handling

After your parcel is handed to the courier, delivery operations are under their control.
Any concerns regarding delays, rerouting, or handling must be coordinated directly with the courier.


Possible Delays

Shipping timelines may be affected by high-volume seasons, severe weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
Because of these variables, exact delivery dates cannot be promised.
